VQR 2020-2024

The experts involved in the VQR fall into two categories: members of the Evaluation Expert Groups (GEV) and external reviewers.

GEV members are appointed by the Governing Board based on expressions of interest submitted in response to specific public notices published on the ANVUR website. In particular, 25% of the members are designated by the Governing Board from among those deemed eligible according to the criteria set out in the notice; the remaining 75% are selected from the eligible candidates through a random selection procedure defined by the Agency.

For the 2020–2024 VQR, the selection process included three separate notices concerning:

  • researchers participating in the disciplinary GEVs and the Knowledge Valorisation GEV,
  • experts participating in the Knowledge Valorisation GEV, and
  • researchers participating in the GEV for the evaluation of research infrastructures.

The lists of GEV members are published below.

Pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 18, of the 2020–2024 VQR Call, the Governing Board, by Resolution No. 111 of May 9th, approved the subdivision of the VQR Evaluation Expert Groups (GEV) into sub-GEVs and appointed their respective coordinators.
