Requests may be submitted by anyone with a direct, concrete and current interest corresponding to a legally protected position and connected to the requested document, pursuant to Article 22 of Law No. 241/1990 and the Regulations on Access to Documents, Simple Civic Access and Generalised Civic Access adopted by ANVUR.
