The second seminar of ENQA Leadership Development Programme 2025, hosted by ANVUR from 8 to 10 October, was a true laboratory of ideas on the future of leadership in quality assurance in higher education.

Together we explored how leadership is not just a role, but a practice rooted in culture, dialogue, and responsibility. Thanks to the insights of Harry De Boer and Daniela Craciun on organisational culture, the energy of the strategic design simulations, and the creativity of the project groups, participants experienced leadership in action. 

What emerged is clear: innovation in quality culture grows when people feel empowered to listen, share, and build together across the higher education community.
