From 8 to 10 October 2025, ANVUR will host in Rome the second seminar of the ENQA Leadership Development Programme (LDP), dedicated to the theme “Organisational culture in higher education”. This European initiative is designed for those within quality assurance agencies who are called to lead processes of transformation and to strengthen the culture of quality in higher education.

Over the course of three days, experts and professionals from various countries will engage in discussions on organisational models, emerging scenarios, and innovative practices, combining theoretical reflection with practical experience. The seminar is not only an opportunity for training, but also a space for open dialogue, network building, and a shared vision for the future of academic quality in Europe.

Through this initiative, ANVUR reaffirms its commitment to contributing to a European Higher Education and Research Area founded on trust, mutual learning, and the development of leadership skills in the service of innovation.
