The Guidelines for the quality-oriented design of newly established Degree Programmes for the 2026/27 academic year are now available.

The Guidelines serve as an operational tool supporting the planning of the educational offer. The document provides Higher Education Institutions with an updated reference framework for the conception and development of new Degree Programmes, as well as new replicas or the relocation of existing programmes, supporting institutions throughout the design, self-evaluation, and accreditation phases, in line with Ministerial Decree (DM) 1154/2021 and the AVA 3 Guidelines.
