The published data and indicators have been collected and organized in compliance with the institutional purposes of the Agency as established by Presidential Decree No. 76/2010, in accordance with the Code of Ethics for data processing within the SISTAN framework and the provisions of the GDPR. The information has been obtained by the Agency in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the aforementioned decree, as well as in compliance with the current regulations on administrative transparency.
