The Board of Auditors is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial activities of the Agency, ensuring transparency and accuracy in resource management. It is appointed by decree of the Minister of Universities and Research and is composed of three members, all of whom must be registered in the official register of auditors.

Two of the members are selected by the Minister of Universities and Research, while one is designated by the Minister of Economy and Finance. During its first meeting, the members elect a President from among themselves.
