The Board of guarantors of the Code of Ethics is governed by Article 8 of ANVUR’s Code of Ethics. It is responsible for investigating potential violations of the Code, providing official interpretations of its content, and ensuring its proper application.
The committee is composed of at least two members of the Governing Board, including the President, serves for a term of two years from the date of its establishment, and operates in an adversarial manner, ensuring the involvement of the concerned party in its proceedings. Upon its establishment, the members of the Board appoint its President.
