ANVUR is currently actively contributing through officials and members of the Governing Board to the following projects:


Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment

Within the scope of CoARA activities, ANVUR actively participates in the following additional projects:

  • CoARA Boost: EU funded project, lasting for three years, crucial for the overall growth of the reform-dedicated community, for amplifying collaboration, and for enhancing knowledge exchange and mutual learning within the coalition.
  • Specific Working groups on the themes of on Multilingualism and language biases in research assessment, WP on Reforming Academic Career Assessment, WP on Improving practices in the assessment of research proposals, WP on Global framework for research evaluation in the social sciences and the humanities (SSH).
  • National Chapter: the objective is to develop the necessary support for CoARA members in implementing the commitments of the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment in a national and/or regional context.

Cooperation partnerships in higher education

REMOTE. Assessing and evaluating remote learning practices in STEM (full partner)

ANVUR is one of the partners of the “REMOTE project. Assessing and evaluating remote learning practices in STEM”, coordinated by the Universitat de Girona and funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program 2022 – 2025

UE – Erasmus+ EDU-2022-POL-EXP-HE

Piloting a joint European degree label and institutionalised EU cooperation instruments, such as a possible European legal status for alliances of higher education institutions


ANVUR is an associated partner of the ED-AFFICHE (European Degree – Advancing, Facilitating and ostering International Collaboration in Higher Education), EDLab (European Degree Label institutional laboratory) and SMARTT (Screening, mapping, analyzing, recommending, ransferring and transforming HE international programmes) projects, selected by the EU for the TOPIC 1 (Pilot a joint European degree label) of the call for proposals 2022 – 2024


Supporting European QA Agencies in meeting the ESG (SEQA-ESG)

ANVUR is one of the Agencies involved in the European procedures of incoming and outgoing staff mobility 01/06/2020 – 31/05/2022


European System of Evaluation of Veterinary Training

The objective of the Project is to develop a system of professional evaluation of the training system in Veterinary Medicine at the European level 2019 – to date

ANVUR also participates in networking and peer learning events organised by international institutions on quality assurance and research evaluation issues.
